Deep Relaxation, is often something we do not value in our fast paced world, however taking just a few minutes each day can have a HUGE impact on your physical body (reducing stress hormones), your emotions (preventing overwhelm) and your thoughts (making decisions from a grounded space rather than when in a tail spin).


This deep relaxation is best done lying down, but if this is not possible just sit comfortably in a chair, either way make sure you are warm and cosy.

If you think you might fall asleep do set an alarm (preferably with a gentle tone, so as not to startle you).

Or if you are really under time pressure try this shorter one instead.
