Weekly Yoga Classes
Dru Yoga is a graceful and gentle form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.
With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit - improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
Dru Yoga is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups. Each class is tailored to individual needs of students.
Each class consists of:
- Activations to warm up the body
- Energy Block Release Sequence to free blocked energy
- 1 or 2 Asana(s) or postures
- Deep Relaxation
Dru Yoga Research has identified that participants have reduced back pain, neck & shoulder tension and dissolved anxiety & stress through Dru yoga. Research has also found that Dru yoga participants have experienced improvement in energy levels, concentration & focus and resilience to stress.

Monday 7.30 - 8.45pm: January 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
Wednesday 7.30 - 8.45pm: January 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st
4 class term costs €55, or drop in classes are €16 (space dependant). Places must be pre-booked & pre-paid, either in full or with a €20 deposit (€35 balance due on the first night of term).
Places are limited to 8 people per class.
