During this full moon chakra clearing meditation we will be accompanied by the resonance and vibration of the quartz crystal singing bowls.

The full moon is a mystical time for clearing and releasing old stuck energy, thoughts and patterns. Through this meditation we will focus our attention on the seven main chakras, using bija mantras and the crystal singing bowls to activate, cleanse and renew these energetic pathways.

We will begin this session with gentle movements to release tension and open the body to the process of meditation, before moving into the meditation itself. The meditation will be completed sitting either on the earth or on a chair.

This meditation is suitable for anyone who wishes to connect with the energy of the moon and experience the healing power of the crystal singing bowls. No previous meditation experience is required.
