During this Full Blue Moon Chakra Clearing Meditation we will connect with the healing power of our voice and be accompanied by the resonance and vibration of the quartz crystal singing bowls.

This full blue moon falls on Samhain, and is a very mystical time for clearing and releasing old stuck energy, thoughts and patterns. Through this meditation we will focus our attention on the seven main chakras, using bija mantras and the crystal singing bowls to activate, cleanse and renew these energetic pathways.

We will begin this session by connecting to our breath, chanting mantras with the harmonium to release tension and open the body to the process of meditation, before moving into the meditation itself. The meditation can be completed either sitting or lying down and will be accompanied with the crystal singing bowls.

This meditation is suitable for anyone who wishes to connect with the energy of the moon and experience the healing power of the crystal singing bowls. No previous meditation experience is required.
