In this online gathering we will meet for 1 hour each Tuesday night to experience these soothing practices. No prior experience is required, and no expectations- just a willingness to explore and be present with your being.
During the 3 gatherings we will explore somatics, chair yoga, pranayama (breathwork), mantra chanting, meditation and sacred sound. These practices are woven together and have been specifically chosen to support the nervous system to soften and bring you a sense of stillness. I encouraged you to work with these practices at a pace that is right for you. Recordings will also be available for you to access until the 21st of December.
Somatics- to release tension and patterns of holding in the body and develop new neural pathways between body & mind
Chair Yoga- using energy block release sequences
Pranayama- calming breath practices to soothe the nervous system
Mantra Chanting- introducing internal vibration and intention to raise vibration
Meditation- to bring focus and clarity to mind
Sacred Sound- introducing chakra vibrations to bring calm, peace and stillness
When: Tuesdays the 2nd, 9th & 16th of December from 7-8pm
